1.Timely provide technical data required for equipment installation and commissioning, actively cooperate with users in the installation, operation, maintenance, and upkeep of relevant equipment. We will treat this project as a model project until it passes acceptance smoothly.

2.Our company strictly adheres to the three guarantees regulations and implements them. We have personnel dedicated to the three guarantees service, and have a three guarantees service hotline available to provide support services. We promptly address any issues upon receiving user calls or notifications, until the faults are resolved.

3.Our company guarantees the sufficient supply of wearing parts and other accessories, provides free maintenance services for the equipment to users, offers free training to users, conducts regular follow-up visits to users to understand the equipment's operation status, and promptly resolves problems arising during daily use to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The three guarantees (repair, replacement, and refund) policy applies during the warranty period.

4.We guarantee to deliver the equipment to the designated location within the contract period and be responsible for guiding installation, commissioning, and production operations.

5.In the event of any accident occurring during the manufacturing, transportation, or loading/unloading of the supplied equipment, we will replace or repair the equipment as required by the buyer as soon as possible until the buyer is satisfied.

6.If any missing parts or loss of components due to other reasons are found during unpacking, we will be responsible for supplementing the missing parts promptly. For quality problems identified during equipment installation, commissioning, or subsequent operation that are attributable to our company, we will assume corresponding responsibilities and compensate the buyer for direct economic losses incurred.

7.Our company solemnly commits that if any product manufactured by us is damaged due to design or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will provide the three guarantees (repair, replacement, and refund) service at our own expense, including free replacement of products of the same specification.
