And the charging interface complies with the national standard GB/T 18487.1. Equipped with an electric leakage protection device, it mainly relies on natural air cooling to ensure long-term operational stability.

 

② Performance Parameters

Rated power is 7kW, input voltage is 220V±10%, input frequency is 50Hz.

The output voltage ranges from 200V to 250V, and the output current is continuously adjustable from 0A to 32A.

Charging efficiency is ≥95%, standby power consumption is ≤1W.

It operates with low noise (usually ≤45 decibels), suitable for working environments with temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 50℃ and relative humidity ≤95% (no condensation).

Typical Applications

It is suitable for indoor and outdoor fixed charging scenarios such as residential communities, villa garages, office parks, and commercial parking lots. And it is compatible with most passenger electric vehicles on the market that have AC charging functions.

Production Process

① Core Component Manufacturing

It uses independently developed charger control boards, and core components are selected from well-known domestic and international brands, undergoing strict screening and aging tests to ensure stable performance. The charging gun head is made of wear-resistant and high-low temperature resistant materials, with contacts treated for oxidation resistance, achieving a plug-in life of ≥10,000 times.

 

② Assembly and Commissioning

Components are assembled in accordance with standardized technological processes. The whole machine undergoes multiple testing procedures such as power-on testing, load testing, and safety performance testing to ensure all parameters meet design requirements. The main control unit is preloaded with a mature charging control program, supporting subsequent online upgrades.

 

③ Protection Treatment

The shell is processed through multiple technologies to achieve corrosion resistance, UV resistance, dustproof and waterproof properties. Internal circuits use flame-retardant cables, and wiring terminals are reinforced, reaching an IP54 protection level.

Customization Range

① Power and Voltage

The basic rated power is 7kW, and a 14kW power version can be customized. It supports single-phase 220V input, and some models can be expanded to adapt to three-phase 380V input.

 

② Function Expansion

Optional configurations include a liquid crystal display (for real-time display of charging parameters), card-swiping module (IC card/CPU card), 4G/WiFi networking module, Bluetooth near-field communication, and charging gun cable length (5 meters by default, customizable from 3 to 10 meters).

 

③ Appearance and Logo

It supports body color customization and enterprise logo printing to meet the visual needs of different scenarios.
