Intelligent & Flexible Operation

Supports multiple charging methods including card swiping, remote APP control, scheduled charging, and QR code payment. Equipped with a high-definition touchscreen display that shows real-time charging parameters (voltage, current, power, cost) for both guns. Preloaded with charging control programs that support remote OTA for remote upgrades and maintenance management, and can be integrated with third-party charging operation platforms.

Durable & Low Energy Consumption

The core power modules feature minimal energy loss. The main body undergoes anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet, and anti-salt spray treatments. Core components are sourced from reputable brands, ensuring a service life of ≥10 years.

Production Process

① Integration & Commissioning

Power modules, dual-gun control units, and cooling systems are assembled following standardized processes. The complete unit undergoes rigorous testing including input-output testing, dual-gun load testing, safety performance testing, and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing.

 

② Protection Treatment

The outer shell undergoes pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying processes, with sealing strips installed at key joints to provide excellent dustproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion performance. Internal wiring uses flame-retardant cables and waterproof connectors. Core components are equipped with independent protective enclosures, with physical isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage areas. The protection rating can be upgraded according to specific requirements.

Customization Range

Power & Voltage: Based on the 160kW total rated power, customized versions of 120kW, 180kW, and 240kW are available, compatible with all mainstream vehicle models.

Function Expansion: Optional features include 4G/Ethernet modules, GPS positioning, voice prompts, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) bidirectional charging, multi-user billing management systems, and password recognition charging.

Appearance & Configuration: Supports custom body colors and corporate logo printing. The default charging cable length is 5 meters, with customizable lengths from 3 to 10 meters. Optional independent indicator lights for each charging gun are available.
