With a compact footprint (conventional dimensions: approximately 700mm×1600mm×330mm, including an 800mm-high column), it enables flexible deployment, short construction cycles, and lower space occupation and installation costs.
Intelligent & User-Friendly
Supports card-swiped charging, remote APP control (start/stop, billing, fault inquiry), scheduled charging, and time-of-use tariff adaptation. Equipped with a high-definition LCD display, it shows real-time charging parameters such as voltage, current, power, and cost for intuitive operation. Preloaded with charging control programs, it supports remote OTA for remote upgrades and operation maintenance management, and can be connected to third-party charging operation platforms.
Low Energy Consumption & Durability
The core power module features low energy loss. The main body undergoes anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet, and anti-salt spray treatments. Core components are sourced from well-known brands, ensuring a service life of ≥10 years.
Production Process
① Integration & Commissioning
Power modules, control units, and cooling systems are assembled in accordance with standardized processes. The complete unit undergoes multiple tests including input-output testing, load testing, and safety performance testing.
② Protection Treatment
The outer shell is coated to provide anti-corrosion, dustproof, and waterproof properties. Internal wiring uses flame-retardant cables and waterproof connectors, with sealing strips installed at key positions. The protection rating can be upgraded as required, and core components are equipped with independent protective enclosures.
Customization Range
Power & Voltage: Based on the 40kW rated power, customized versions of 30kW and 20kW are available.
Function Expansion: Optional 4G/WiFi/Ethernet modules, LCD touchscreens, voice prompts, V2G bidirectional charging, and multi-user billing management systems.
Appearance & Configuration: Supports custom body colors and corporate logo printing. The default charging cable length is 5 meters, with customizable lengths ranging from 3 to 10 meters. Optional floor-standing mounting brackets or wall-mounted installation kits are available.
