Joint R&D Project of Ultra-Class 1 Energy Efficiency Silicon Steel Tridimensional Toroidal Core Transformer

Gaojing Company, in collaboration with the State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute and Baosteel Group Corporation, has jointly developed the tridimensional toroidal core "Ultra-Class 1" energy efficiency transformer model S24-M.RL-400/10. The product's performance far exceeds China's new Class 1 energy efficiency loss standard.
Compared with the national standard, the no-load loss has been reduced by 18%, and the load loss has been decreased by nearly 10%, achieving remarkable energy-saving effects with excellent performance in all test indicators.

According to calculations, compared with the transformers currently in operation, this product can save 16,500 kWh of electricity annually under full load, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 5 tons, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 10 households. This achievement has paved a new direction for the development of energy-saving transformers in China.
