The cooling system employs independent dual-air-duct forced air cooling, equipped with industrial-grade high-efficiency silent fans to precisely control the temperature of power modules and charging gun cables, meeting the high-power continuous charging requirements of heavy-duty trucks.

Comprehensive Safety Protection

Tailored for high-voltage, high-current charging scenarios of heavy-duty trucks, it is equipped with multiple safety protections including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, leakage, overtemperature, overcharging, lightning protection, surge protection, and insulation monitoring. Each gun features an independent control circuit and independent cooling system, ensuring that a fault in one gun does not affect the operation of the other. Equipped with emergency stop buttons and remote power-off functionality, it provides all-round safety protection for heavy-duty charging.

Integrated Heavy-Duty Design

The all-in-one structure integrates core components, reducing external wiring and installation complexity. With a compact footprint (conventional dimensions: approximately 750mm×1800mm×950mm), it is suitable for deployment in complex sites such as ports and mining areas. It features a short installation and construction cycle, with convenient later-stage operation and maintenance.

Intelligent Adaptive Control

Supports multiple operation methods including card-swiped charging, remote APP control, scheduled charging, and QR code payment. Equipped with a high-definition touchscreen display that shows real-time dual-gun charging parameters (voltage, current, power, cost, charging duration).It adopts preloaded with charging control programs that support remote OTA for remote upgrades and operation management. It can be connected to heavy-duty truck fleet operation management platforms to realize fleet charging data statistics and remote maintenance.

Low Energy Consumption & High Durability

The charging cables adopt a reinforced design with thickened pure copper cores, tensile steel wires, and double shielding layers, offering excellent wear resistance and aging resistance. The main body undergoes anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet, anti-salt spray, and anti-dust treatments, ensuring a service life of ≥9 years.

Production Process

① Integration & Commissioning

Power modules, dual-gun control units, and fan cooling systems are assembled in accordance with heavy-duty industrial equipment production standards. The complete unit undergoes multiple rigorous tests including input-output full-load testing, dual-gun synchronous charging testing, extreme environment simulation testing, and safety performance testing. Preloaded with heavy-duty truck-specific charging control programs, it supports automatic identification of charging protocols and heavy-duty truck Battery Management Systems (BMS), enabling remote upgrades and intelligent fault diagnosis.

 

② Protection Treatment

The outer shell undergoes pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying processes, with multiple layers of sealing strips installed at key joints to provide excellent dustproof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and anti-salt spray performance. Internal wiring uses flame-retardant cables and waterproof connectors. Core components are equipped with independent protective enclosures. High-voltage and low-voltage areas are physically isolated with additional insulation protection panels to enhance electrical safety protection in heavy-duty scenarios.

Customization Range

Power & Voltage: Based on the 400kW total rated power, customized versions of 320kW, 360kW, and 480kW are available. The output voltage range can be extended to 200V-1500V, compatible with new energy heavy-duty truck models of different voltage levels.

Function Expansion: Optional features include 4G/Ethernet modules, GPS positioning, voice prompts, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) bidirectional charging, exclusive billing management systems for heavy-duty truck fleets, password recognition charging, pre-charging functionality, and remote monitoring cameras.

Appearance & Configuration: Supports custom body colors, corporate logo, and operation logo printing. The default charging cable length is 8 meters, with customizable lengths from 6 to 15 meters. Optional independent indicator lights for each charging gun and heavy-duty cable storage devices are available.
