The cooling system employs intelligent temperature-controlled multi-air-duct forced air cooling, combined with industrial-grade silent fans and customized liquid cooling pipelines, to precisely regulate the temperature of power modules, charging guns, and cables, ensuring stable high-power charging for multiple vehicles simultaneously.

Equipped with a high-definition touchscreen display that shows real-time charging parameters (voltage, current, power, cost, charging duration) for each gun. Compatible with various ultra-fast charging protocols, preloaded with charging control programs that support remote OTA for remote upgrades and maintenance management. It can be connected to third-party operation platforms to realize dynamic power scheduling, time-of-use tariff optimization, orderly charging management, and remote fault diagnosis, improving operational efficiency by over 50%.
Energy-Efficient & Durable
Core components are sourced from reputable brands. Charging gun heads are made of special wear-resistant and high/low temperature-resistant materials with a plug-in life of ≥10,000 times. Cables adopt a reinforced design with thickened pure copper cores, double shielding layers, and tensile steel wires, offering excellent wear resistance and aging resistance. The main body undergoes anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet, anti-salt spray, and anti-dust treatments, ensuring a service life of ≥10 years.
Production Process
① Integration & Commissioning
Power modules, group charging control units, and composite cooling systems are assembled in accordance with industrial-grade precision manufacturing standards. The complete unit undergoes multiple rigorous tests including input-output full-load testing, multi-gun synchronous charging testing, extreme environment simulation testing, and safety performance testing. Preloaded with dedicated fully flexible group charging control software, it supports intelligent power distribution algorithms and precise adaptation to multi-vehicle Battery Management Systems (BMS), enabling remote upgrades and intelligent fault diagnosis.
② Protection Treatment
The outer shell undergoes pickling, phosphating, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion electrostatic spraying processes, with multiple layers of sealing strips installed at key joints to provide excellent dustproof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and anti-salt spray performance. Internal wiring uses flame-retardant cables and waterproof connectors. Core components are equipped with independent protective enclosures. High-voltage and low-voltage areas are physically isolated with additional insulation protection panels to enhance electrical safety protection.
Customization Range
Power & Voltage: Based on the 480kW total rated power, customized versions of 640kW, 720kW, and 800kW are available. The output voltage range can be extended to 200V-1500V, compatible with ultra-high voltage new energy commercial vehicles.
Function Expansion: Optional features include 4G/Ethernet modules, voice interaction functionality, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) bidirectional charging, fleet-exclusive billing management systems, and pre-charging functionality.
Appearance & Configuration: Supports custom body colors, corporate logo, and operation logo printing. The default charging cable length is 8 meters, with customizable lengths from 6 to 15 meters. Optional multi-gun expansion kits (up to 12 guns), independent indicator lights for each gun, and cable storage devices are available.
