Hebei Gaojing Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the field of energy-saving transformers. In 2023, it obtained China's first type test report for a 4000kVA/37kV amorphous tridimensional toroidal core transformer, and the technical achievement of its large-capacity amorphous alloy tridimensional toroidal core transformer for new energy applications has reached the international advanced level.
This technological innovation has achieved multiple breakthroughs focusing on core processes and structural design: first, optimizing the winding process and innovating the coil lead-out method to significantly reduce the number of external leads. This not only makes the transformer body layout more regular, but also effectively reduces the risk of external lead grounding, thereby significantly improving product safety performance; second, developing special winding fixtures for high-voltage and high-capacity amorphous transformers in a targeted manner, which accurately matches the processing needs of core components and ensures winding precision and stability; third, adopting a series-parallel switch design to fix leads on the transformer body, innovatively applying a pull-wire gear adjustment structure, and fixing leads and taps around the transformer body through a crimping process. This design not only avoids damage to the coil surface, but also effectively reduces the overall height of the oil tank, realizing reasonable control of production costs.
