According to the scientific and technological novelty search report, this product represents an innovative achievement in the field of amorphous alloy transformers.
Adopting domestically produced NLT01 amorphous alloy material formed by continuous winding, the core structure is cured as a whole with H-class insulating silica gel resin, featuring high mechanical strength. Compared with traditional planar structures, it reduces coil temperature rise by more than 10K. Compared with silicon steel products of the same energy efficiency level, its no-load loss is reduced by approximately 60%, significantly improving energy efficiency.
