In 2015, the S13-type 110kV three-phase oil-immersed tridimensional toroidal core power transformer was successfully rolled off the production line at Hebei Gaojing Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. Adopting a three-phase "spatia tridimensional triangular" toroidal core structure, this product achieves multiple advantages including energy saving, material saving, low noise and stable performance through the application of new technologies, new materials and new processes. For large-scale power transformers, this technology provides an innovative direction for energy conservation, material reduction and noise reduction applications.
The enterprise standard formulated by Gaojing for this product has been transformed into a local standard of Hebei Province. Its scientific and technological achievements have been appraised as reaching the international advanced level, and it won the First Prize of Handan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018.
