① Design stage:

② Manufacturing Stage
High-quality steel and insulating materials are used to ensure the enclosure is moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, and fire-resistant. The enclosure frame is welded from channel steel, angle steel, and other materials.
③ Assembly Stage
Construction is strictly carried out according to drawings to ensure precise alignment of all components. The box-type substation consists of an enclosure, high-voltage compartment, transformer compartment, low-voltage compartment, etc.
④ Testing Stage
Rigorous tests are conducted in accordance with factory test procedures and relevant standards to ensure each test item and product meets quality requirements.

① Capacity and Configuration
Standard capacities range from 30kVA to 2000kVA. For higher power requirements, customized capacities up to 3150kVA or 4000kVA are available.
